TICKET POLICY: All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. However, we understand plans can change! You may reschedule your visit up to 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE. We are an outdoor event, strictly dependable on MOTHER NATURE, and we operate RAIN OR SHINE. The weather at the farm may be different than where you are, so please come prepared with rain gear, umbrellas, and proper footwear. Please check road conditions (especially the QEW if coming from TORONTO, THE GTA or BUFFALO) before your visit. U-PICK RULES: • Each ticket includes 10 TULIPS you can pick in the field. • You are welcome to pick more than 10; additional tulips are $1.50 each. • Bulbs are not included and must stay on the farm. Do not dig for bulbs as it damages the crop. • Only pick what you intend to keep. Do not stick picked flowers back into the ground. FARM RULES: • NO PETS ALLOWED: For the safety of our crop and guests, pets are not permitted. Only certified SERVICE DOGS are welcome. Please do not leave pets in your car. • STAY ON PATHWAYS: Please stay on the designated walkways. Do not walk through or sit on the flowers. • DRONES: Strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Joseph or Paula. • OUTSIDE FOOD: Not permitted on the field during weekends (food trucks available). During the week, food is only allowed in the picnic area. LIABILITY: Entry to the farm and parking is at your own risk. We are conveniently located in PELHAM, making us the perfect SPRING DAY TRIP destination! • 🚗 FROM NIAGARA FALLS: We are only about 20-25 minutes away. • 🚗 FROM THE BUFFALO BORDER (PEACE BRIDGE): The drive is approximately 30-35 minutes. • 🚗 FROM TORONTO / THE GTA: We are just about an hour drive, depending on traffic (via the QEW). • 🚗 FROM HAMILTON: We are a quick 30-40 minute scenic drive away. Plan your visit to ONTARIO'S MOST MAGICAL TULIP FARM and enjoy OVER 2 MILLIONS TULIPS in full bloom!

PLEASE DON'T BRING ANY TOOLS to pick the tulips. They are not needed, as tulips will pull easily from the ground by hand. PLEASE DON'T DIG FOR THE BULBS. As stated before, the bulbs must stay on the farm and are not included in your ticket. Digging or shoveling will damage the field and the future crop. IF YOU PICK A FLOWER, DON'T STICK IT BACK IN THE GROUND. The flower will wilt quickly, and it creates a messy experience for other guests. Please only pick what you intend to keep. DON'T SIT ON OR WALK THROUGH THE FLOWERS. Please stay on the designated walkways between the rows of flowers at all times. BE RESPECTPECTFUL OF STAFF AND OTHER GUESTS. Failure to do so may result in us asking you to leave the property. STROLLERS AND WHEELCHAIRS: The farm is accessible, but they must stay on the larger main walkways. Please do not enter the small walking rows between the flowers, as the equipment will damage the crop. FOOD TRUCKS: We have food trucks on the field for your enjoyment! Please note that OUTSIDE FOOD IS NOT PERMITTED on the field or in the parking area. There are many local parks nearby where you can enjoy a picnic. NO PETS ALLOWED: Dogs are not permitted on the field (only certified service dogs). For their safety, DO NOT LEAVE PETS IN YOUR CAR. We ask you kindly to follow all the rules stated. It is always up to our discretion to ask guests to leave if these rules are not respected.

PARKING: Parking is at your own risk at all times. Please follow all parking and leaving instructions provided by our parking attendants. DRIVE SLOWLY: For the safety of our guests and staff, please drive slowly at all times while on the property. ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK: Entering the farm is at your own risk. This is a working farm, so please wear PROPER FOOTWEAR. You will be walking on uneven ground and sand, which can become muddy and slippery after rain.

BE RESPECTFUL: Please be respectful to our staff and other guests at all times. We are all here to enjoy the beauty of the field together! PICK WITH CARE: Only pick what you intend to keep. At JP NIAGARA TULIP EXPERIENCE, we want you to have the best possible visit. Since we are a NATURE-DEPENDENT EVENT, the field changes every day! Here is what you can expect during our different bloom stages: 🌷 EARLY BLOOM: For the first few days of our opening, the field will still be a bit green. While there aren't many colors yet, this is the BEST TIME TO PICK A FRESH BOUQUET to enjoy at home! Tulips picked in this stage last the longest in a vase. 🌷 PEAK COLORS: This is when the magic happens! We expect more and more color every day until the fields are fully covered. This is the perfect time to take those beautiful pictures we all enjoy on social media, surrounded by OVER 2 MILLIONS TULIPS. 🌷 LATE SEASON: During our last few days, you can still pick tulips; however, please note that their vase life will be shorter than those picked earlier in the season. There will still be PLENTY OF COLOR in our TULIP FARM to enjoy and make memories to cherish. 🌷 STAY UPDATED: Because we are strictly dependent on MOTHER NATURE, bloom dates and conditions can shift.
