To ensure entry to our farm, tickets must be pre-purchased online. If tickets are sold out, entry may not be possible.

Tickets are only valid for the appointment date and time indicated on the ticket.

Please be mindful to arrive as close as possible to your booked time slot.

If buying tickets for a group you must enter the field with all members of the group.

​

Tickets are nonrefundable.

Tickets may be changed, when requested by email, JP.contact.answers@gmail.com with at least 24 hour notice. Please note, we can only change your ticket one time, and only within the same ticket group.

We are an outdoor event, dependable on mother nature. We are open rain or shine! The weather may be different than where you are, so always come prepared with rain- gear umbrellas and proper footwear!

Bulbs are not included in our ticket and should stay on the farm.

Each ticket comes with 10 tulips you can pick in the field;

You are welcome to pick more than 10 tulips. Additional tulips are $1.50 each.

Please don't bring any tools to pick the tulips. They are not needed. Tulips will pull easily from the ground.

Please don't dig for the bulbs, like stated before the bulbs need to stay on the farm they are not included in the ticket. Digging and shoveling will damage the field and the crop.

​

If you pick a flower don't stick if back in the ground! The flower will wilt, and it will look very messy for other guests. Only pick what you intend to keep. ​

​

Don't sit on or walk through the flowers, please stay on the walkway between the rows of flowers.

​

Be respectful of staff and other guests at all times, failure to do so may result in us asking you to leave the property.

​

The farm is stroller and wheel chair friendly, but they must stay on the larger walkways and not enter the small walking rows between the flowers as it will damage the crop.

​

Drones are not permitted on the field at any time.

​

We do have food trucks on the field for your enjoyment. Please, outside food is not permitted on the field or parking area. There are many parks in the neighborhood where you can enjoy your picnic, thank you.

​

Dogs are not permitted on the field, only service dogs. Do not keep dogs in your car.

​

We ask you kindly to follow all the rules stated, it will always be up to our discretion to ask guests to leave if those rules are not respected.

Please do not dig up the bulbs. It's not the right time of the year.

There are thousands and thousands of varieties of tulips!

Parking is at your own risk at all times. Entering the farm is at your own risk at all times, Please wear proper footwear, you will walk on sand and after rain it can be muddy and slippery. ​ Follow parking and leaving instructions by our parking attendants. ​ Drive slowly while on the property.

Every year is different. We have approximately 100 varieties.

Please be respectful to our staff at all time. ​ Be respectful of the other guests enjoying the farm. ​ Only pick what you intend to keep and don't throw away any tulips you have picked. MOST IMPORTANT HAVE FUN ENJOY ALL THE COLOURS. Thanks for spending the day with us! Joseph and Paula

🌷 So for the first few days of our opening the field will be still a bit green. With not a lot of colors, however this is the best time to pick that nice bouquet for you to enjoy at home

🌷 after the first initial day we expect more and more and more colors every day , so you can take those beautiful pictures we so much enjoy on social media

🌷our last few days of the experience you still can pick tulips, however the vase life is for sure shorter than the ones picked in the first week. There will be still lots of colors in the field for you to enjoy and make memories to cherish.

Out of respect and privacy of our guests and neighbors drones are not allowed. they are only permitted with special permissions from Joseph or Paula.

Most visitors stay one to two hours to experience the field. ​

Yes. You can also pay with credit card or Debit.

We always advise people to check road and traffic conditions before they come. The QEW is a very busy highway, allow yourself enough time. Having said that, we will always honor your ticket, things happen, and we want you to be safe! ​

During the week yes, During the weekend not, in the weekends we have food trucks for you available. Food is only allowed in the picnic area not in the field

We will have food trucks available for your convenience most days, and the town of Fonthill is close by with a variety of restaurants.

Yes. But keep in mind, it is a farm, which means there is a lot of dirt. Wheel chairs cannot go between the rows of tulips. Similarly we ask that baby carriages do not do between the rows.
